Terms & Conditions
On the 1st clean a double charge will occur, due to the fact
we need to ensure ourselves that the first clean is not a once
off clean. Also this enables us to put the extra time and effort
into cleaning the glass, as possibly the windows have not been
cleaned for some time.
The
company understands that the majority of new customers will
keep up with the service; in this case we will give the 4TH
CLEAN FREE.
The
windows will be cleaned at the interval required REGARDLESS
OF THE WEATHER.
For
those customers who are not in at the time of a clean, we
will leave an invoice together with a PRE PRINTED ENVELOPE. You
will need to send a CHEQUE or a POSTAL ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS.
If we need to write to you regarding a bad debt we reserve
the right to charge a £10.00 administration fee. For
those customers who would prefer to pay on the day of cleaning,
we will ONLY ACCEPT A CHEQUE, NOT CASH under any circumstances.
Please write your address on back of cheque.
We
GUARANTEE all window cleaning to be of the HIGHEST POSSIBLE
STANDARDS. If you need to complain please do so by telephoning
us as soon as possible, and not by approaching the cleaner.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS AFTER 3 DAYS OF CLEANING. Please
note Upvc Frames will be wiped down on the 1st occasion only.
Thereafter we will do our utmost to keep your cills clean
FREE OF CHARGE, Upvc and wood are both porous and will stain,
scratch and discolour over a period of time, therefore we
cannot offer a guarantee, however may I point out there will
be an improvement. Unfortunately Upvc complaints will not
be valid. If you wish to take advantage of our Upvc chemical
restoration service at an extra cost, please ask for details.
(Sorry but we do not clean wooden frames).
When
complaining about the quality of your clean, please be sure
that the glass is not stained and any marks or smudges are
not on the inside of the window. Any times spent dealing with
an improper complaint will be charged for.
To
cancel your agreement you need to give one months notice,
by telephoning our customer services on 01495 228779 and obtaining
a CANCELLATION REFERENCE NUMBER. Customers who choose to turn
away cleaners on scheduled date will be invoiced for the cleaning
fees.
Our
company is FULLY INSURED which safeguards you against any
future claim of an employee having an accident on your premises,
also in the event of an employee damaging your property in
any way.
